The End of Kinder

It has been a very busy couple of weeks as Elyse's Kindergarten year came to an end. She had her Kinder performance, the G.T. fair where all of the Gifted and Talented students displayed their projects, her class awards ceremony and a jam packed last day of school with all day outdoor play topped off with an ice cream sundae party. It's been fun and exhausting and now it's official, we have a 1st grader!

The performances and songs were too cute!

Mrs. Hardwick's Class Awards Ceremony
Elyse got the "Skittle's Award" for always being full of colorful ideas and having such a great imagination. Mrs. Hardwick talked about what a joy Elyse is to have as a student, how quiet she is in class but how incredibly imaginative she is and how when she does talk, she always has the most wonderful ideas. She told everyone that Elyse also loves to write and draw and has beautiful handwriting. We are so proud of her!

She has been the BEST Kindergarten teacher. We love her and will miss her so much next year.
